A Yellow Dress That Rawks

When I first saw this dress I wasn’t a big fan, but I think it’s because they didn’t accessorize the model and put the wrong shoes on her.  This dress definitely has potential with a black double closure belt, two layered drapey necklace, some bangles, and a pair of hot strappy shoes.  After all that, this outfit would definitely rawk!
The only downfall is that the dress is $235.
