Nike is always on the cutting edgo of technology when it concerns their shoes.  I once was actually a “Nike Hater” until these past 2 years.  I finally gave it a chance, and have yet to go back and buy a different brand.

Nike’s latest technological advancement is seen in their new Nike Air Max Trainer One’s.  This shoe is made to keep up with the highest impact workouts and then some. It promises durability, flexibility and comfort all in one, but thats not it.

The shoe’s flex grooves supposedly allow your shoe adjust to your movement quickly without struggle.  It also says with the DiamonFLX technology it can help tone your muscles fasters during squats, lunges and running.

I’m pretty intrigued and feel like going to the store and seeing them in person.
