Spring 2009 Trend: Cut Outs

One of the latest spring trends I have noticed popping up on the scene is CUTOUTS! Cutout dresses, Cutout Booties, Cutout Shirts. Its allowing us to carry some of our favorite Winter items into the spring. And if I do say so myself, the trend rawks!
